About This Course

Teaching from the Heart.

Theming is the art of incorporating a "why" into the "what" of the yoga practice. Through theming and storytelling, we can bring emotional depth and resonance to the asana practice and speak more fully to all aspects of the human experience.

"Everything laid out SO clearly and has left nothing but the creative work to us!"

Allison Le

"Rachel has everything laid out SO clearly and has left nothing but the creative work to us. I really appreciate how much foresight and passion she places in all of her offerings from teachings to these virtual modules. She also attracts wonderful women from all corners of the continent to come together and share what we love most about yoga - the juicy gold hidden in life's lessons. I am more confident in my theming and being able to deliver the theme to my students. Thank you, Rachel!"
