About This Course

Creating a quality teacher training takes an enormous amount of love, grit, and time. Pragmatically speaking, you can expect to spend at least 2-3 hours of work for every course hour that you teach.

If you want to create a teacher training that is anchored solidly in educational principles and offers deep and lasting value to your students, then this is the course for you.

In this program, I share a clear roadmap that enables you to create a robust teacher training that supports your passion, brand, and business. With me in your back pocket, you'll save hours of time and effort and ensure that you are creating a training with educational integrity. You will get my best tips and strategies so that you can work efficiently and smartly to cross the finish line. Through this process, you will grow as an educator and distill and clarify your own teaching style.

Also, there are opportunities along the way to send me your work for feedback to make sure you're on track.

By the end of this course, you will have the tools you need to create a program with depth, integrity, and structure.

Words From Clients

Anna Pairalo

Go Yoga Zaragoza, Spain

"Rachel is genius. And working with her, a privilege. I have just completed the mammoth creation of a 200 hr TTC curriculum and manual together with her. In my case, this has been a hard long task. Yet Rachel has the gift of making accessible the overwhelming, simple the convoluted, and enjoyable the laborious. I am incredibly grateful to have met her, and I can't wait for my next chance of working together with her again!"

Kristin Campbell

Tapasya Yoga

"Rachel helped me take my training skills from winging it, to slaying it, seriously. Rachel is a genius at creating and organizing educational material in a way that appeals to all learning styles. She has helped me structure my teacher trainings in a way that makes my material much more accessible, engaging, fun, tangible, and integrative."

Lisa Messina

Drishti Yoga Center/ Open Collective

" Her program structure, incredible organization, ability to create digestible curriculum, and systematic approach to programming, allows for the seemingly disconnected (and sometimes overwhelming) aspects of learning to flow together and integrate into a clear and whole picture. She is an exceptional educational designer."

Janet Corvino

Soul City Yoga, Canada

"After teaching for yoga ten years I had so many ideas and pieces of information that I wanted to share with my students. Rachel helped me piece it all together in an organized format with slide shows and experiential learning. It was truly amazing to see my ideas pulled together in such a professional format."

Amor Armitage

Yoga Blissipline

"Rachel has a huge knowledge of what's needed to be a great teacher; the way she structures her courses, manuals, and all she does is the best proof of it. The content she provides is exceptional. I have a Bachelor's degree in education, the career was 5 years long and Rachel compiles essentially what I learnt in those five years of studies into the most amazing offers for us teachers. Since I'm dedicated to teach primarily yoga, I had forgotten of the many elements that must be considered when teaching. Knowing about yoga in its vastness is not enough and TTCs don't really teach you how to run your own TTC or how to be an educator rather than an instructor. I highly recommend her courses and her offers, you won't regret."
