  • Describe the application of each niyama to a real life situation

  • Define asana according to Patanjali

  • Experience the steps of meditation according to Patanjali

Part 7 includes a presentation project by the students. By the end of Part 7, your students will be able to:

  • Describe the impact of a sutra on their lives, their future decisions

  • Describe how you would incorporate this sutra’s lesson specifically into three different moments of teaching a group class
