By creating an account, I agree that I will this information is for my personal educational use only. Unless otherwise explicitly agreed in writing with Rachel Scott LLC, all content and materials contained on this site are the intellectual property of Rachel Scott LLC; copyright and commercial use remain solely with her. I will not share, adapt or resell any of this content. 

If you are purchasing lesson plans, students manuals, buy-a-training, or other yoga education support materials, you agree through your purchase to the terms and conditions below. 

Terms of Service for Purchasing Rachel Scott, LLC Educational Products

• The Consultant (Rachel Scott LLC) retains the copyright for all materials (the “Intellectual Property”) provided under this Agreement,
• The Client (you) is granted a non-exclusive, worldwide, lifetime-use license of this Intellectual Property.
• Title, copyright, intellectual property rights and distribution rights of the Intellectual Property remain exclusively with the Consultant.
• Even if the materials are modified or translated, they may not be sold by anyone other than the Consultant.
• The license is for the Client only. It is non-transferable and non-shareable, unless with the written permission of the Consultant.
• The Client is responsible for ensuring that any individuals who are given access to the materials by the Client or by the Client’s request are aware of appropriate usage and treat the material in accordance with this copyright agreement.
• Sharing the student handouts with your trainees is accepted usage and does not need to be communicated to the Consultant.
• The license is for the duration of the Client’s lifetime (or business).
• The Client may edit the material for their own use.
• The Client may not resell or distribute any of the Consultant’s material for any reason outside of its intended educational purpose, which is for the Client to run a 200 hour yoga teacher training or yoga education program.
• The Client understands that they may not remove attributions to the graphics and media included in the training, as these attributions are part of the necessary permissions for usage.
• The Client understands that they are solely responsible for ensuring they have obtained the appropriate copyright for any changes to the graphics/media.
• Failure to comply with the Terms of Service is a breach of contract and may result in legal action.

Hold Harmless

The Client agrees: through my purchase, I agree that I am solely responsible for the use and instruction of any and all products and services received or purchased from Rachel Scott, LLC and I agree to indemnify and save harmless Rachel Scott and Rachel Scott, LLC from and against all liability claims and demands on account of injury to persons including resulting from the use of these materials.
