Integral Anatomy for Yogis

June 30 - December 8, 2024

This 55-hour online program is designed for aspiring and current yoga teachers looking to deepen their understanding of the human form. Led by Gil Hedley, PhD and Rachel Scott (E-RYT 500, MSci, LMT), this is the first yoga anatomy program to be presented from an Integral Anatomy perspective and is based on Gil's decades of experience in the lab. Integral Anatomy asks us to look at the whole: to see connections, continuities and relationships. Starting from an appreciation for the individual, Integral Anatomy honors uniqueness and separation without seeking to divide.
