This program is designed to support you to integrate anatomy into your life and teaching from an integral perspective. You'll gain:
An Integral Perspective of human anatomy, prioritizing relationships, continuities, and connections
Insight and practice in applying Integral Anatomy principles to the safe practice of hatha and vinyasa yoga
A deep appreciation for the human form in all of its variations and diversity
Ability to describe the structure, properties, movement potentials, and relationships of the five layers of the body: skin, superficial fascia, perifascia, deep fascia, and muscle layer
Ability to describe the structure, properties, movement potentials, and relationships of the various organs
Ability to describe the structure, properties, movement potentials, and relationships of the body’s three trees: the heart tree, nerve tree, and bone tree
