50 Hour Online Program

This comprehensive online experience is designed for yoga teachers and keen students looking to deepen their understanding and connection with the human form. Led by Gil Hedley, PhD and Rachel Scott (E-RYT 500, MSci, LMT), this is the first yoga anatomy program to be presented from an Integral Anatomy perspective and is based on Gil's decades of experience in the lab. Integral Anatomy asks us to look at the whole: to see connections, continuities and relationships. Starting from an appreciation for the individual, Integral Anatomy honors uniqueness and separation without seeking to divide.
